ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Cocolocks entitles you to a refund, exchange or credit whereby the product ordered online is faulty or the incorrect item is received. Subject to the above circumstances all hair extensions, brushes and hair accessories are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Refunds DO NOT apply to in salon hair services. Please select all haircare products and accessories carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

For online purchases refunded in store, your refund will be made to the original payment method, except PayPal and Afterpay payments which will be refunded to your Credit/Debit card. If you wish to be refunded via your original payment method of PayPal or Afterpay please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation order number and reason for returning your item.
